Original Poke Bowl

1 x 250g Oat Made Savoury Original
1/4 Cucumber, thinly sliced
3-4 tbsp Pickled red cabbage
4 Radishes, thinly sliced
100g Edamame beans
1 Avocado, peeled and stone removed
Dressing
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
Juice of 1/2 orange
Juice of 1/2 lime
To finish (optional)
Mint
Coriander
Lime, cut into wedges
Green Chilli, thinly sliced
Sesame seeds
Method
Method
- Make the dressing by whisking all ingredients together in a bowl until fully combined.
- To build your poke bowls, prepare the Oat Made following then instructions on the packet then divide between 2 serving bowls. Top with cucumber, pickled red cabbage, radish, edamame beans and half an avocado.
- Garnish with your choice of mint, coriander, lime, green chilli and sesame seeds.
- Drizzle with dressing before serving.
