1 x 250g Oat Made Savoury Original
1/4 Cucumber, thinly sliced
3 tbsp Olive Oil
3-4 tbsp Pickled red cabbage
4 Radishes, thinly sliced
100g Edamame beans
1 Avocado, peeled and stone removed

Dressing

2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
Juice of 1/2 orange
Juice of 1/2 lime

To finish (optional)

Mint
Coriander
Lime, cut into wedges
Green Chilli, thinly sliced
Sesame seeds

Method

Method

  1. Make the dressing by whisking all ingredients together in a bowl until fully combined.
  2. To build your poke bowls, prepare the Oat Made following then instructions on the packet then divide between 2 serving bowls. Top with cucumber, pickled red cabbage, radish, edamame beans and half an avocado.
  3. Garnish with your choice of mint, coriander, lime, green chilli and sesame seeds.
  4. Drizzle with dressing before serving.
