Oat Made Roasted Vegetable, Feta and Pesto Oat Made Bake
1 x 250g Pack OAT MADE Savoury Original Oats.
2 Peppers (any colour)
2 Medium Courgettes
1 Punnet of Baby Tomatoes
200g of Feta
Salt and Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Thyme
4 tsp Red Pesto
- Pre-heat the oven to 190°c. Use a 30x20cm dish for this recipe.
- Slice and half the peppers, slice the courgettes into about 2cm circles then into halves.
- Place the feta in the middle of the dish and add the vegetables and tomatoes around the feta.
- Coat the vegetables and feta in oil. Sprinkle the salt, pepper and other spices evenly over the dish.
- Place in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and mix, the feta will have melted enough to coat the vegetables. Add the pesto and mix well.
- Follow the instructions on the OAT MADE pouch to make. Once cooked empty the sachet into the dish and mix well, then serve.
